The Executive Connection (TEC) is proud to announce the appointment of 13 new outstanding business leaders to its team of standout Chairs from across Australia and New Zealand.

“The Executive Connection (TEC) congratulates and warmly welcomes these new Chairs. These exceptional business leaders have joined TEC’s current community of 70 standout mentors throughout Australia and New Zealand boosting their number to over 80,” Nigel Stoke, Chairman of The Executive Connection said.

“It is a rigorous selection and training process that we put them through and these new individuals have proven their ability and are all well deserving of this honour.

“We’ve been doing this in Australia since 1986 and research clearly shows that our members outperform the average SME – making the economic and broader social value of our activities vitally important.

“There has been no more important time in our history where the need to retool, to change, to adapt, to innovate in order to survive and prosper was so real for business,” he said.

“SME’s have always been the engine room of our economy, and today this is certainly true, and because of that the broader national economies of Australia and New Zealand depend on SMEs succeeding.

“At TEC, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer members access to the best business brains available. TEC mentors provide business leaders and owners with one on one coaching to help them test ideas, improve decision-making and see the broad and long view of business for the years ahead.
